Dear All,
Please note that interviews for applicants for short term, long term and New Generation Rotary Exchange Programmes will be held as per details given below.
Eligibility for interview :
All candidates have to be accompanied by both parents and one club representative. Proper application form should be pre submitted. Interview fees of Rs. 5000/- should have been pre paid.

Billaong International High School, Opp. B.P. Petrol Pump, Kalali Vadsar Ring Road, Vadodara.
(Land Mark : Near Kalali Vadsar Bridge)

Interview time table :
Breakfast - 9.00 AM to 9.30 AM
Interview - 9.30 AM to 12.30 PM
Orientation - 12.30 PM to 01.00 PM
Written Test - 01.00 PM to 01.30 PM
Lunch - 01.30 PM to 02.00 PM
Group discussion - 02.00 PM to 2.30 PM
Interviews - 02.30 PM onwards
We will try to adhere to this time table so far as possible in order to minimize the waiting time for candidates, parents & club representatives.
Reporting Time - For all long term candidates reporting time 9.00 AM
For Short Term candidates sponsored by Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Junagadh reporting time 09.00AM
For Short Term candidates sponsored by all other clubs reporting time is 12.15 PM
For all NGE candidates reporting time 12.15 PM
If for any one the reporting time is not suitable, kindly inform by 31st October 2017. We will try to change the reporting time if workable.
THE ORIENTATION SESSION WILL BE ADDRESSED BY OUR DISTRICT GOVERNOR RTN. RUCHIR JANI.

Registration charge: Rs 350/- (only club representatives and Parents have to register, no registration charge for the students).
Breakfast and Lunch will be provided.
