Greetings from Promotion Team for “Toronto Convention”This year’s Rotary International Convention is scheduled to be held at “Toronto, Ontario(Canada)” during 23rd june to 27th June 2018.
As you all know that Convention is the most important event of every rotary year where you would get the opportunity to meet/greet with the Rotarians throughout the World. There you can discuss/share the Rotary Programmes in detail with the Rotarians from different countries. You would witness the Inter nationality of our organization.
All the programmes are designed in such a way that every delegates has something to gain. Thousand of clubs displays their projects and share their success stories.
I have shared details of the convention with your Governor, with a request to send these information to all the clubs, so that each & every Rotarian can have the information of this “NOT TO MISS” event.
I am sure many of Rotarians from your club may have registered with their spouse for the convention and if not done, please do it immediately, as the registration charges are going to increase after 31st march 2018. Till 31st March 2018 the registration charges are as follows:
(a) For Rotarians: US$ 420/- per Rotarian and for Rotaractors it would be only US$100/- per rotaractor.

There would be World renowned speakers, House of Friendship, Many Break out session i.e there is something for everyone.
Those who have attended last year’s convention at “Atlanta” might remember the glimpses of the event. “Bill gates”, was one of the speakers in Atlanta convention, so you can imagine the level of the event.
Convention, provides an exceptional opportunity to bring together more than 35-40 thousand civic and business leaders from throughout the World to share their achievements and discuss the ways how Rotary can work with so many other brands to make the World a better place of working and living.
Myself and my batch mate PDG Ajay Gupta, (District 3141) (9820086576) are looking after the promotion work inZone-4 and you can forward to any of us, any queries related to the convention.
I request to all of you, to share this information with as many as Rotarians, rotaractors, and all.
