As you are aware, Once a year the District Governor makes an official visit to each club of the District. The official visit of DG is perhaps the most important event during a Rotary year.
The official Club visit of DG Ruchir Jani & 1st lady Sohangi Jani to your Club is schedule for 24th January, 2018 on Wednesday.
A list of prerequisites are attached herewith with this mail to help you with OCV.
A humble request, kindly send the confirmed DG’s OCV Minute-to-Minute Agenda & Programme for the Event, in consultation with your Assistant Governor Sehul Kikani at least 10 days before the date of DG's OCV to DG's Secretariat.
