Dear Challenger Club President,
I would like to invite an application for the participation in our GSE program with R I District 7570, USA.
It will be a Traditional & Cultural Exchange with the element of Vocational Training. Team from R I District 3060 will be visiting R I District 7570, USA for FOUR weeks from 10th March, 2018 to 8th April, 2018. Duration of the exchange will be 4 weeks. Team will be consisting of ONE Rotarian Team Leader & FOUR Team Members. Members can be a Rotarian / Non Rotarian. Member should have minimum two years of experience in field of his/her vocation/profession.
Non-refundable Demand Draft for Rs.1000/- to be submitted with the application Favouring "Rotary District 3060 Fund" payable at Vapi, along with the confirmation of sponsoring club duly signed by the Club President.
Last date to accept the application will be 31st October, 2017. Selected candidate will have to submit non-refundable Demand Draft for Rs.5000/-. Tentative Date for District level interview will be 5th November, 2017, Place & time (or change of Date) will be communicated later. Please find the attached application form, to be returned to GSE Chair duly filled before 31st October, 2017.
We expect more participation from Non Rotarian members. This is an opportunity to participate in the program by the young professional Rotarians.
