Hey Guys,
I wanted to let you know that HiModel (HK) is now carrying the FrSky
modules and Rx's. I don't want to steer people away from kneedrag's
site(and those folks in Britain), but for those of us in the states
that really want an alternative to Assan, this is a good one.
Best Regards,
Curtis

That's good to know. Check out this thread to see what they are
trying to do with the telemetry version. Evidently GiantCod in
Britain is distributing them in Europe and some of the guys are
tackling the telemetry protocol to try to develop a microcontroller
display.
I figure the more sold, the more people will buy it.

I wish my brain had more electronics knowledge so I could build the
interfaces as well. However I know enough to follow a circuit diagram
don't ask me what it does however. ;-) If someone can build these add-on
accessories I will be happy to stock it as an option for the telemetry
kit. More options more happy customers. That and I have some nice
gliders I want to hook up. ;-)

Right now I am trying to get the LHS's here on-board so that the guys
can go to there local and pick it up. Will see how that goes over the
next month or so.

So far everyone that has bought them from me has big smiles on there
faces. I am hoping as the work spreads the smiles will get bigger. So if
your local hobby shop in NZ does not have them on there shelves get them
in contact with me if you want it there and I will sort them out. I sent
a mass mail to a lot of the hobby shops this week detailing the system
and asking them if they are interested in stocking the systems? Have not
heard anything back yet. Hopefully customers will start asking them
about it as well soon.

There is also a thread on RCGroups where they are discussing the
protocol and ways to improve it which Chase from FrSky is participating
in quite actively.
