How to setup Turnigy 9X + Assan on twin motor aeroplane?

i'm playing rc for about a year. but still cannot setting the tx by
myself.
now i m planning to build plane with twin motor.. hope can get some
information on how to setup tx for twin motor

I use a Y-lead going from the Rx to two ESCs, and a separate BEC to
provide power to the Rx. There is no need to do anything special in
the Tx unless you want to be able to have differential power to the
two engines, which is unusual.

what it mean by seperate BEC? can i use esc with bec built in?
