Dear Brothers in Christ,

Please see the attached letter from Archbishop dePaolis, the papal delegate to the Legion. It has been written to all Legionaries, Consecrated and Regnum Christi members. You can also find it posted at the RC website.

I am also taking the opportunity to send along a letter our new Local Coordinator of Apostolate sent a few weeks ago, but which I failed to send out. My apologies.
