WTB: 700c Single Speed Wheelset

I want to get a second wheelset for my Redwood to experiment with 700c vs 650b (currently set up). It’s been a bit since I’ve needed wheels and I’d normally build my own but would rather find something ready to swap in. If you have a wheelset to sell let me know. Alternatively if you have a recommendation for a source, that’d be great too. The Riv Roaduno set are a possibility but not exactly what I’m looking for.

130mm rear spacing (or the ability to easily respace to 130mm)

Quick release - or front qr (some Formula/similar hubs have hollow axles)

Velocity Atlas or similar width (no wider than that)
