Yes! Good move Jason, after all it is now officially Summer 2025.It's been plenty hot and muggy here in Appalachia with near daily afternoon showers. Here's a few pics - but the bike will remain anonymous.

This is going to become a running joke where my photos looks exactly the same in each season. This was from a 60km mostly off-pavement ride on Sunday. The drop bar configuration of the Bombadil has been working really well for me, since my 'sporty' rides tend to end up on trails for at least part of the route. I do wish it were a couple notches lighter, but the geometry and tire clearance are spot on, so overall no complaints. Nice to be confident I won't break it, too.

My first real ride on my new bike, had to take it to Paradise, of course. Not much Rivendell content, I'm afraid, other than the Clem Pedals, which truly are the best ever, and the Newbaum's tape.
This bike replaces my Waterford ST-22 in my stable. Please contact me off list if you're interested in the Waterford.

Loving these contributions! And regarding the southern hemisphere.. I was wondering if we should switch to monthly photo threads instead of season-based for a) southern hemisphere inclusion and b) quicker expiration so these threads don't get so huge!

Took my stoker out on our new to us Bilenky Viewpoint. We rode to the San Francisco Bay Bridge and back. A distance of 28.6 miles total. Long slog out on the Bay Bridge, fighting a fierce headwind. Made for a quick trip back though. We
were cited by the FAA for not filing a flight plan (JK). Made some serious speed. Passed a guy on an MCRB like he was standing still. The stoker really digs the ability to coast while I pedal. Photo below of us at the turnaround on the Bay Bridge.

Corwin

It was pretty warm here today, though we've been fortunate with manageable temps. The crowds headed to the beaches but I headed to the old Sitka grove, where these massive trees gave me the shelter I was seeking.
