I have a couple sets of Shimano Pods, and a new pair of Silver Shifters.  The Shimano pods have a small bump-out on the square protruberance that serves as a guide when assembling in an all-Shimano setup.  That bump out gets in the way with a Silver setup, but it's not difficult to scrub that off.  

Let me know if you want any of those bits, including if you want me to do the work to get you a complete working set of Silver shifters on Shimano pods.  

Silver shifters would have retailed at $35 each and pods would have retailed at $28 each.  I can provide you with a complete Silver-on-Shimano setup for $80 shipped.

Does the $80 include 1 shifter & pod (L or R)  or a complete pair (L and R)???   Not clear as to what you meant by 'complete'.
