Shimano Rapid Rise XT RD-M780, some silver pen paint on the black bits (comes off with alcohol but I think looks nice) $35
Velo Orange grand cru double crankset 46/30, can include extra set of chain rings (also VO 46/30) plus hardware ($125)

CX70 brakes, one wheels worth: looks like a dark silver version of the CX50 canti brake: $25
I may have a second set somewhere, lemme look around.

Vintage Brooks B72 + saddle sandwich and extra long bolts to make it fit on a modern seatpost. Modified to add holes in the skirt so it can be laced between the skirts for added support / prevent flare. ($80)

SunTour BL Blue Line FD - barely the range to shift a Clipper triple, better fit for a double in my book; $20
KMC 8 X8 speed chain: $10
Schwable Marathon Plus Performance Line SmartGuard 650x38mm, 27.5”x1.50” 40-584 ($30 each, $50 for the pair)
