Tektro 559 loosey goosey

Hey

I just noticed a little looseness in my tektro 559 arm and I’m trying to get at this bolt to tighten it but it doesn’t seem there is a way to do it?  I’ve attempted to remove the right side arm in front of it by loosening the bolt there but it’s giving me a lot of resistance .  Anybody got any experience?

Not sure if this is what you mean, but I had some ‘play’ in the arms of my 369s (essentially same as 559) that I resolved by carefully following the disassembly instructions on the Park Tool website. 

Only do this if you are comfortable taking things apart.

Yes, that’s similar to the issue I had, that I fixed via the method in the link I sent earlier.
