I have a pile of papers that I'm ready to part with. 

BoB Gazettes include issues 1, 3-8, 

9 various Bridgestone and Rivendell catalogs. 

Rivendell Readers #0 (in Pink!), 3,4,5,6,17,19-37,39,40

There's a story why #0 was printed in pink at first. I don't have the details, but maybe someone here does. I seem to recall Grant saying something about that early on. Not like it's Pokemon Illustrator rare, but could be close!
