Billie Bar with Spurcycle R50???

I'd like to try the Spurcycle R50 mirror on my Hillborne with Billie Bars; but not sure if the bar end is too far back to be functional with the bar end mirror.  Has anyone tried this with success??  I'd like to avoid the mirror attachments to the bartop themselves as I think it would interfere with my hand positions.  Thanks for any input!!

I'm running that mirror with billies (with a 135mm faceplater stem), and it's great!
