FS: 54 Appaloosa Frame

This frame was bought new in 2020. I thought it was perfect but there are 2 paint chips where the chain came off and cut through the paint, about 1 match head and the other 2 match heads in area: no rust and not visible when set up. . Comes with seat stem, BB, BB cable guide. I am 87 years old and I have just received a new Platypus frame as a step-through. $1500 shipped to lower states. Can be seen in Atlanta.
