I don’t think this has been shared here yet. There’s a lot of great stuff in this interview about the origins of Paul Component Engineering and Paul’s vision for the future. He discusses how he got into riding, the numerous challenges he and the company have faced, and his thoughts on the “Paul aesthetic,” among many other topics.

What stood out to me were the parallels with Rivendell: a shared emphasis on creativity, aesthetics, craftsmanship, and product quality, along with a genuine concern for workplace culture, employees, and their futures.
