I think that's a fanny pack. I have a Large Chest which is pictured next to the small chest.

The other picture w/the bike is the Fanny Pack which looks like yours.

Looks like a Chest to me. Fanny packs don't have the straps/buckles down the frontside. Good luck with the sale. Great bags.
