WTT: 51cm Toyo Atlantis Frameset for any Riv frameset that takes 650b

This was supposed to be a project for my girlfriend. Got her a Clem instead.

I personally have a PBH of 85, so I'd ideally want to trade up a size, but I've been REALLY itching to use my 650b wheelset built by THE legendary Sheldon Brown of Harris Cyclery.

The Atlantis has a chain rash on the chainstay on the drive side.

Otherwise, minor blemishes consistent with a 20 year old frame. No dents.
