“My other car is a Rivendell”

“My other car is a Rivendell” as seen on a license plate frame on a blue Honda Accord in front of me on the 405 freeway in West LA today. I thought maybe it was a different sort of Rivendell, but there was also a “share the road sticker”. Anybody here?

I’ve only seen 2 rivs in the wild so this feels like a very rare spotting.
