Appaloosa with Super Yummy Tires?

Has anyone here with a 51cm Appaloosa tried fitting it with Simworks Super Yummy tires? I'm curious about whether these will fit. The Super Yummy's are 27.5 x 2.22 or something odd like that, so would probably be a close fit. Gracias!

I have a rosco with the Appaloosa fork and have fit 2.25 tires fine. No fenders, but I don’t remember it being that tight.

the tire limits of my appaloosa 62 are somewhere between antelope hill 55mm tires and schwalbe g one speed 60mm tires...the rim makes a difference, but others on this site know way more about such things.
