I have an ORTLIEB messenger waterproof bag. My daughter won it in a
bicycle commuter contest decades ago. It is brand new and never used.

Closed from top to bottom - 14"
Width of the bag - 19"
Bottom width of the bag - 6 3/8"
Bottom length of the bag - 14"
With the front flap open - top to bottom - 23 1/2"
