ISO: Decaleur for rando bag

Hi all, got my first rando bag in route, a Restrap Rando Bag. I'm attaching it to a Rawland Rando Rack and looking for a decaleur. Was planning on buying a VO decaleur at the VO garage sale next week (which has of course been canceled) looking to see if anyone has anything laying around they are looking to offload before getting the VO.

pat, you are talking about the decaleur that goes on your stem and hangs down, no?  not the decaleur rack from VO?  I've got one of the former that I'll send you free if you give me mailing address...been hanging in my garage for years...they do not come down far enough for my very tall bicycles. I use and love the VO dec racks, the solution for me.

if find you can't use it, just pass it onto someone else at some point.
