I managed to pick up an unbuilt Gus frame and just finished my build today. I'm new to Rivendells and ended up deciding to buy one because I have serious neck issues and wanted to try really high bars for an upright seating position. I took a 15 mile shakedown ride today and it was great.

Hey dross,

Like I mentioned yesterday, the classic Ritchey crank is a classic touch!
In the last two weeks, I managed to score a "revived" Gus for cheap from a friend who's moving away and built it up as a street bike that I wouldn't mind locking up on the street!
I may haul it on my way down to NYC when I go pick up the trek frame you're graciously giving me, so you might be able to check it out then!
