Leisl's post about seeing peeps in her area got me thinking.

I have never seen a  Riv ridden in MD, at least in my neck of the woods, that I know of.

Anyone here ride a Riv in MD?

I rode with one or two when visiting the Oxon Hill bike club outside of Wash DC.

Well, technically Joan (who is on this list) and Tom, both Riv owners,
live in Arlington, Virginia.

I'm in Kensington.  Ellicott City is very nice, you have some challenging hills there!  You probably wouldn't have seen me lately even if you were riding here, as I haven't been on the bike much.  I've seen at least one Riv, an orange Quickbeam on Beach Drive. I'm sure there are others.  Cheers, Steve

That would be cool to see a Riv go by.

Yes, Ellicott City is hilly. And the further west in Howard County you go, it gets hillier.
Frederick road from Ellicott City into Mt. Airy is good training grounds. Up-n-down the whole way.
We don't have mountains or anything, but the hills here ar tough enough for my knees.

I'm in DC, but my SimpleOne and I make regular trips around MD,
particularly to the Annapolis area.

I was riding around Grist Mill Trail in Ellicott City today. Off River Road/Ilchester Road. Saw no Rivs. Bummer, man.
