Headbadge Poster Update and Outtake

I typically update the headbadge poster around this time each year, but not enough change to warrant a new version just yet. Will do another badge poster next year - Riv's 30th). Also working on another idea for a mini poster or two, so stay tuned for that. 

In the meantime, here's something I did years ago as the first poster was being developed. Tree stumps have always found a way into Rivendell photos, and arranging many of the badges on a single stump slice was a fun challenge. Link to the Flickr file for those interested in a hi res download:

Here's another set of posters done by Dan Blackman a while back. I don't have the hi res files, so if you want to download I'll give you the link, but be forewarned the resolution may not be 100% clean. Is Dan Blackman around here?

thanks for keeping this going, i may have asked this last year (so sorry), has anyone found a good place to print this out for poster framing?

FYI - I've had good luck at Walgreens for printing the badge posters, but have also done them at OfficeMax. The hi res file is sized at 18" x 24" (5400 x 7200 @300dpi). Plenty of frames that size to choose from .

The Dan Blackman poster is so cool! But you are right. Even at the highest resolution the image is a little rough. Thank you for sharing though.
