FS: New 61.5cm Mustard Homer Hilsen frameset

Selling a new Homer Hilsen frameset that never was completely built into a complete bicycle. It just had the wheels, handlebar set-up and rear rack mounted to see the fit. Comes with the Rivendell installed bottom bracket and seat post (27.2). I will also include a pair of new Tektro 559 silver long reach caliper brakes.
