Switch from Brooks B17 to Brooks Cambium C17 - Does the seat slide further back

Hi All,

I had a Brooks B17 (copper rivet nice one) on my Hunqapillar. I just changed to a C17. I tried to measure to see if where I sit on the seat is now further to the rear of the bike if both saddles are as far back on their rails as they can be. But it's a little hard to measure in order to be quantitative.

But when riding the bike, I feel like maybe I am sitting further back to the rear now. Or is it an illusion?

Has anyone else had this feeling or experience or success actually measuring this comparison?
