2018 gift cards disabled?

Good morning:

I was going to order some bits and pieces from Rivendell this morning and remembered that I had a bunch of $10 gift certificates from Grant's Hail Mary fundraising effort in early 2018. So I dug through my emails and clicked on the "view your gift card" link. The window that comes up says that the card is disabled, and using the code in the shop doesn't work either. I'm reasonably sure that I didn't already use the cards.

Did Rivendell switch to a new gift card system at some point? I don't remember seeing anything, but I admittedly don't read all of the Rivendell emails too closely. Before I reach out to Riv, I quickly wanted to ask here if I missed anything.

It might be worth a call to Rivendell but this is on the site.  I cannot swear the gift card system and Rivendollars were the same but, well, maybe, probably...

Thanks, Bob. Yeah, that sounds plausible, as the Rivendollar and gift card emails looked quite similar. I'll reach out to Riv directly.

It was some technical glitch specifically with the Hail Mary gift cards. Other people who encounter issues with those should just contact Riv directly. As I said, they fixed it promptly, despite being closed that day.
