For Sale: Rivendell Tandem, never fully assembled

Just in time for riding season- I have sadly conceded that with all the other bikes in my garage, I'm never getting to this one.  Brand new sage colored, small frame Rivendell Hubba tandem.  (I'm 5'10" 30" inseam, the small fits a large range of riders)

Bought from Riv Bike 2017 – paid $1900 for fame which included Bushnell eccentric front bottom bracket, seat posts and Nitto stem for passenger handlebars.  Paid $940 for Silver tandem crankset, 170 frt & rear and Riv built tandem wheels. Never fully assembled or ridden

I have most of the components needed to build it out, included: Shimano Deore brakes, frt and rear; Tiagra frt derailleur, Deore rear; Shimano rear disk drag brake; Avid disk, Sun Race thumb shifter for drag brake, Shimino HT 10-34 rear hub, Kenda tires 27.5 x 1.75 on 650B wheels, Shimnao SPD/flat pedals and TektPro frt and rear brake levers, NITTO front stem. Installed - threadless headset, Shimano bottom bracket in rear, tandem style kick stand.

$3200 for everything, plus freight if we have to ship it.

What's not here: seats, cages, handlebars, shifters, cables, chains.

Shipping a tandem is always an issue.  I'm in the Albany, NY upstate area and could meet up at halfway points in the NE.  Otherwise, shipping would be passed on at cost.

Beautiful bike but we already have a nice Co-motion tandem, multiple Rivendells, a Serotta and multiple mutts.  This one has to go.
