ISO:
Crankset, triple or subcompact double (i.e. smaller than 110 BCD inner) with 165 mm arms.
Square taper is fine, more modern hollow spindle is also fine.

My girlfriend is building a 46 cm Surly Straggler 650b as a touring/adventure bike.  All the spare cranksets I have are 175 mm!

WTT:
Cranksets:

1) Stronglight 99 triple crankset, with Campagnolo Record loose ball BB.  FS for $100 or equal trade.
170 mm crankarm length, standard English pedal and extractor threads!  86 mm BCD.
52t, 42t, and 30t Stronglight rings with little wear but some dirt and scuffing.
These vintage French cranks have very low Q, but there is very little clearance between the big ring and the straight crankarm.  A front derailleur with a scuplted outer cage (most modern triple FDs) will hit the arm.  I recommend a vintage FD with a flat outer cage plate; it friction shifted great with an '80s Suntour Cyclone FD.

2)  Sachs New Success w/triple-izer crankset.  FS for $120 or equal trade
175 mm crankarm length, ISO taper (I think).  135 mm BCD.  Equipped with stock Campagnolo 53t ring, and mint (never ridden) Willow 39t triple-izer and 29t inner ring (champagne color).  I have the original Campy 39t double ring as well, if you want it.
The arms are in good shape with some scuffing.

3)  Shimano Deore LX FC-M550 crankset.  FS for $80 or equal trade
175 mm crankarm length, JIS taper.  110/74 BCD.  Equipped with stock 48t and 38t Shimano rings, and a Vuelta 26t inner (not sure if stock or replacement).  The rings and arms show very light use.  I acquired this set used at some point, and never used it myself.

4)  Velo Orange Rando Mk II cranket. (not pictured)  FS for $150 or equal trade
175 mm crankarm length, JIS taper.  50.4 BCD.  46t and 30t rings.
Nearly brand new, definitely less than 100 miles on it.

I would also be interested in 165 mm bare crank arms, if they could mount one of the ring sets from the listed WTT cranksets.  Please, no French threading.

Thanks for your interest!

She found one at her shop, thanks!  No longer looking.  I'd still sell the cranksets I listed, if anyone is interested.

Cheers!
