WTB: Kucharik wool shorts

Do you have an old pair of all-wool shorts from Kucharik accumulating dust in some long-forgotten bin? Have you parted ways with the world of snug and huggy cycling clothes to go full normal? Eric, seeing your request for Kucharik shorts remind me of my early days of cycling in the 70s when Kucharik was pretty much the only game in town here in So.Cal. I don’t have any of their shorts any longer, but post reminded me but I still have my first cycling jersey, which sports the patch from my first century in September ‘76. Forgive me for sidetracking your post for a trip down memory lane.

Thanks, Susan. I've purchased a pair. But at $170 for one pair of shorts I thought I'd reach out to the group to see if someone had an old pair they'd pass on!

Here it is in action, along with a pair of Kucharik shorts. Man were they short. And the requisite Bell Biker helmet, in lieu of the Kucharik leather hairnet. Sacramento crit in '79 or '80.
