WTB: Ultradynamico 700x42 Cava or Cava/Rose combo

I'm pondering the Ultradynamico Cavas for my new Sam build. Curious to know if anyone is setting on a set of 700x42s that they are not using or did not want? I would also be up for the Cava rear / Rose front combo that seems to be popular with some folks if that's what you have.
