Tektro 559 pad alignment

Hey!

Well I crashed my roadini a month or so ago and bent the fork, but thankfully Riv had another one and the same color for me.  Ever since I put the new fork on the pads on my tektro 559s have to be aligned differently,  a bit higher in the slot on the drive side and lower in the slot on the non drive side. The brake is centered on the rim. Any ideas ? Pics attached.  Thanks.

Mine are at the identical height on my 47cm Roadini. I can see your adjustment screw is quite backed out - see on top of the ND side arm, try screwing that in a bit
