College Park Bicycles - Don't Look Down!

Paid a visit to College Park Bicycles yesterday to drop off a bike I agented recently. (A nice 70s touring Paramount) As always, I strained my neck staring at the ceiling - packed with so may cool vintage bikes and frames it boggles the mind. Never enough time to see everything, but I did pick out a few notable bikes I would be interested in. Two rooms full of eye candy - top to bottom:

A cool ladies' Paramount caught my eye:

And a sweet Motobecane:

This Bruce Gordon (in my size!) was a fun find. And yes, I flipped the photo for clarity: 

And a beautiful 26"-wheeled Rivendell All Rounder buried in the mix:

I did not leave empty handed. Could not resist a pair of Sackville bags in the colors I particularly like;

Not to mention his other shop in Mt Airy, MD. And the barns where he stores many more bikes. Check the list here - pretty much up to date although I do not see the portobello-colored All Rounder I saw in the shop. Very fair prices are subject to a conversation with LB.

That place is so amazing.  When I lived in DC, I would head to that Bikeshop to window shop.  Just an amazing amount of steel frames.
