It is a Bridgestone Atlantis not the Riv Atlantis.

Re-read the subject line: it's a Bridgestone Atlantis.

The fork crowns were later used for XO1 crowns.

According to Riv article from some time ago, Grant said there were
only about 300 (?) made -- and none were imported.

I bought one at my local Goodwill a few years ago for $12.

Too small.

Sold it,.

It's rather fascinating that Grant was able to reuse the name, and with such longevity.  I guess he really liked it.  Steve

Whoa, every detail is stunning!

But I had to giggle at one of the images of the beautiful red and
white panniers --at first glance, from the back, the white laces on
red canvas looks just like the top of a Converse All-star tennis shoe.

That's the kind of bike that beckons me to ride off into Brigadoon and never look back.  Wow, a veritable Mercedes Benz Grand Tourer.
