I bought a pint for ~$30 shipped and, last night, sprayed it on my black Rapha knickers were a recalcitrant leak sprayed OS regular over rear of frame, underside of Sackville Medium, and over the seat of my black Rapha knickers.
I spritzed at least 3x the recommended dose of Silca’s latex sealant cleaner-upper onto the Raphas and scrubbed the wetted area harshly with a stiff-bristled brush, as per the instructions on the container; and while it did seem to loosen the solid buildup — the stuff you could at least in principle scrape off with your forefinger, did your forefinger have the sort of nail grown long as for playing the classical guitar — it did little for the sealant that had soaked into the fabric’s threads: I’d use the metaphor of at most a 30% diminishment, and this after 10 minutes of serious scrubbing, this in turn after saturating the fabric with Silca’s potion, and then using a very stiff brush, following that up again with vigorous hand washing in water with detergent.
Perhaps the stuff works better at removing dried latex sealant encrusting frames and fender undersides and rims and spokes and hubs, but for ~$30 shipped, I’d just use rubbing alcohol, a clean rag, and vigorous rubbing to achieve near-100% results.

But wouldst gabble like a thing most brutish,
I endowed thy purposes with words that made them known.
