FS: Thule Tandem carrier

This is the carrier that is co branded with ATOC.  It works well with tandems, recumbents, tag-a -longs, or single bikes.  It has a pivoting arm that allows the user to lock in the fork then swing the rear of the bike up onto the roof.  This rack fits on our Prius, and carriers our 8 foot long touring tandem.  The rear part of the tray quickly removes to carry a single bike.

Michael,

Assuming it will mount to my Volvo (Thule) load bars, I am interested.
My Volvo (Thule) load bars mount to the factory luggage rails on the
car. I'm curious why you're selling it? Also, will you ship to a
military APO address? Cost should be the same as CONUS shipping, you
just have to fill out a customs form. If the cost is more, I'd be
willing to pay the difference. Thanks.
