These is currently up for sale three different vintage Rivendell Bicycle Works catalogs on the Gringineer website:

In case anyone's interested, those are the first three catalogs, there is not a catalog labelled "No. 2," (apparently one of Grant's jokes). 

The price is reasonable, those early ones are hard to find. They look like they're in pretty good shape!
