WTB: Parts to switch my Sam to a flat bar setup

Hello! 

I've been itching to switch my setup from noodles to a more upright setup. Looking for:

Wavies or Ahearne Map bars

Thumb mounts for silver shifters (currently running barends with silver II shifters)

short pull brake levers (silver ird's would be cool but open to anything silverish)

Let me know if you have anything you're looking to offload!

I have a simworks fun3bar in cromo (new, discontinued)

and a pair of Tektro FL750 silver levers. new.

I have a pair of IRD Thumbshifters, which in reality are Silver 1's shortened a bit.  They MSRP for $140 but they are out of stock at IRD:

I'd let them go for $75 + shipping.  Now that a flat rate small box is $11, that's getting awful close to just buying Silver mounts from Rivendell, which have the added feature of allowing you to pick any exit angle.
