Removing dried Orange Seal from a Sackville

Has anyone tried this with some success? I recently bought Silca’s expensive spray-on sealant dissolvant/remover and it did diddly on fabric, tho’ it seemed to work on metal. OTOH, mere rubbing alcohol works on metal (alum rims and painted frame).

Suggestions?
