I got an email that reads as though acorn is going out of business.  They have medium saddle bags on sale for 20% off.  I think it's the best designed saddle that I've scene, and for $76, you could do worse.

I just took a look and it appears (to me) as if all of the bags are now out-of-stock.

I have one of the aforementioned medium saddlebags and agree that it is the best small saddlebag. The only reason I don't use it as much as I used too is that I now have an over-sized phone, which is hard to cram into the side pocket.

Acorn's website says they're going on hiatus and pausing sales. Leaving it open ended for a possible return or reevaluating their line of business? I've purchased a few of their bags over the years. Top notch craftsmanship. So many varieties of bike bags and producers today, it can't be easy to make a go of it.

Best,

For bag lovers, Acorns are just the best. Beautiful rugged craftsmanship.

Probably too good as I can’t imagine  how you’d wear one out—thick durable canvas-like material, precisely sewn together.

Fortunately, I’m flush—but it seems he’s maybe just taking a break.

Grab one while you can

I second these sentiments. I have the old "large" Acorn saddlebag (not too large at 8 liters), which I bought in 2011. It's the best-made cycling luggage I have. Should use it more than I do.

Yours sincerely,

I have the medium seat bag on my Tourer

Its perfect for a few incidentals & the usual set bag necessities.

I also have the Small Seat bag for those who are not minemalists.

I have a lagre and medium handlebar  bages They are durable. Which also means not light weights.
