Component finish restorations?

Hi everyone -

While I'm still waiting for a toyo atlantis frameset to pop up, I'm slowly accumulating parts.

I'm going with XTR dreailleurs (either M900 or M952). Does anyone know someone or a method to properly restore the finish on these components? Of course I could polish, but I just love the grey.

While we are on the subject, any success restoring the dullbrite finish on a pair of nitto albatross?
