2026 Appaloosa Colors

For the presale next week, wonder if they will go quick or not...looking to get a 57.

I was thinking Lime-Olive but the photo samples of the tubes with General Use Green look like they contains some flakes giving it a shimmer as opposed to just a flat Green (like my old Quickbeam).  I'm leaning toward the GUG color now, although it sounds like they won't have photos of the full bike with the color in time for the presale.

Anyone have a better idea of what the GUG color is like?

I'm pretty sure this is the color. Will mentioned it was used on a couple Roscoe Bubbes. It's a very rich metallic green similar to the metal flake on the old Schwinn Varsity.

Then again it could be this color.

I would call Rivendell to make sure that the color has metallic flakes in it.

Brett, I thought the same thing when I saw that color in the email.  The picture in the sun made me want one that color.  To be clear, I won't be buying one, but if I were, I'd go with that.  Prior to that, Lime Olive was about my favorite Riv color.
