WTB: 51-54 frame/complete in Canada

Hi all, looking for a ~51-54 frameset/complete bike in Canada. Mainly interested in an Atlantis/Appaloosa/Hunq but more than open to other models. Just something with a horizontal top tube and V-/canti brake mounts. Thanks!

atlantis in its newer iterations aren't horizontal. appa never was. i don't even think the hunq is either, although it's not as sloped as the newer frames.
