WTB: Brake Levers, Thumb Shifters, 650B Wheelset

So I am getting a Clem L frame from Rivendell (thanks to whoever tipped me off that it was only the completes that were sold out in preorder) and I have most of the parts but am missing three items. 1. Brake Levers for my albatross bar. Needs to work with V brakes. 2. Some level of thumb shifter. I would prefer the Sunrace clickly kind for affordability and use but am open to whatever if priced well. I don't care if they mount inside or outside. I am thumbshifting fluid. 3. An affordable 650B wheelset. Maybe someone swapped out their Clem set or something. I would be interested!

Found some thumbshifters. Wheels are all I need now! I am sure some nice person here has a set they would like to pass along.
