Bottle cage placement

Hi all,

I'm the happy owner of a new Roadini ... Love this bike! It is incredibly comfortable and versatile (and is quite a looker). I only have one question/small criticism: the seat tube bottle cage mounts are set unusually low (one above and one below the front der clamp). I suppose a really tall bottle would be easy to grab, but I don't understand the thinking. It appears to be something Riv is doing on many of its models (?), so they must have a reason. Can anyone shed light on it? Thanks.--Paul
