Interesting update from the weekly Riv email, the next batch of Clem completes will come with index trigger rear and thumbie friction front. I have no particular opinion on this, it's just interesting from a company that pushed friction so hard for 26 years.

That's a nice upgrade from the awful semi-index shifters my first gen Clem had. I think these might have gotten less bad in subsequent generations, though.

Oof, the first versions were atrocious. Yes, the later/current setup is great if you're into friction front and rear.

The change in specs could be from supply chain issues. Parts for anything are hard to find.
