WTB/WTT: Nitto 27F - "Campee Front Rack with Lowriders 700c/650b"

Looking to upgrade my touring set up with a Nitto 27F rack for my 2014 Hillborne in 700c.

Also known by some version of "Nitto Campee Front Rack with detachable Lowriders".

I'm wondering:

1) Does anyone have one they are willing to sell?

2) Does anyone have one they are willing to trade for a Marks rack and/or R-14?

3) It appears there is a single 700c/650b version with multiple mounting holes for the fork end mounting. This seems straight forward enough but does anybody have experience swapping between 700c and 650b and are there any snags im not thinking about?

I run several copies of that rack and none of mine are for sale.  Next time I buy one I expect to buy it from Alex's Cycle in Japan.  I buy a fair bit of stuff from them.  The 27F has the longest legs.  The lower attach points bolt into fork tip eyelets BELOW the axle.  The legs are long enough for 700c wheels plus fenders plus chubby tires.  There is a 650B exclusive variant, that has shorter legs and the ends bolt to eyelets ABOVE the axle.  I forget what they call that one, but on Alex's the description says "for Randonneur".  There is a third variant for 26" wheels, called the F20.  That one has the same leg tips as the 27F.  

If you get a 27F and then run it on a 650B bike, the platform to tire spacing might be bigger than you want to see, but other than that, it'll work fine.

Looking more closely at photos of the 27F, it appears that there is an integrated spacer at the mounting point of the rack, facilitating clearance at the fork blade when mounting from the below axle fork eyelets.

Is this accurate?

I had imagined that all the holes in the rack legs were useable with a non integrated spacer, so in switching from 700c to 650b one would use a different mounting hole, allowing for some adjustability of the platform to tire distance.

In your experience, does this seem feasible?

Yes, it's accurate that the built in spacer at the end facilitates attaching at the below the axle eyelets

The other holes are NOT for attaching the rack to your bike.  Those are for you to optionally attach stuff like fender stays to the rack.

Still looking for the rack - wont be swapping to my 650b bike though.
