I made one once from .055 Hastelloy wire and this is it.

My nickel-based superalloy pin was lost in my recent bike wreck when my buddy was kindly policing my bike for me.

Didn't have the wire any more, so I ordered this bag of 25 from McMaster https://www.mcmaster.com/#92375A004

.047 type 316 stainless steel, and overall a better size for the application than the one I made.

I want to keep a handful of these for me, but if anybody wants some, with shipping they cost me $0.62 each.

I don't want to make a trip to the post office, but I can print postage and mail a priority video box for $6.80.

I'll package up 5 of these and ship them to you for a $10 paypal.

(I'm recovering $3 of my expense, and you're getting these for cost plus postage)

Only 4 packs of 5 stainless hairpin cotter pins available.

I'm thinking of this as a service.

(Maybe Jan will see this and buy a bunch for him to give with decaleurs in place of safety pins.)

Contact me offline by g-mail.

Thanks for your interest,

Ron Mc

Ryan just showed me out to buy first class on paypal, and I'm sure I have 4 padded envelopes around here.

So $5 if you want 5 stainless hairpin cotter pins.

I'm back guys - postage cost me $2.60, so I'm going to send out 4 stainless hairpin cotter pins for $5.

Sorry about the confusion, but I'm learning with this paypal 1st class postage.
Thanks again for your patience.
