ISO/WTB: Silver2 shifters w/ thumb mounts & Silver 170mm crank arms & a weird request for test ride

Like the title states, I'm looking for a set of silver2 shifters with thumb mounts, Rivendell silver 170mm crank arms and a set of albatross bars.

Also, I'd like to test ride a 60cm Platypus or a 57 Sam Hillborne if anyone has them. A 59 clem would be cool too! It would be much appreciated if I could try one if you're local.
